電話面試技巧

在電話面試之前,學校會事先用e-mail和你確定時間,你應該準備充分,但不要忘了中美之間的時差,準確計算好時間,即使教授遲到也要耐心等待。面試中的主要問題大多有關研究興趣(research　interest),研究背景(research　background),教學經驗(teaching experience),所學課程的名稱(the　names　of　your　courses),個人興趣　(individual interests)等等。

當面試感覺不錯時,千萬不要忘記提醒他關于獎學金的事。例如： i　do　want　to　be　your　student.　but　you　know,　i　cannot　go　without　full　financial　aid. (要堅決表達出：如果你不給我全獎,我是不會去的。相反,如果你給我全獎,我會拒掉其他學校。)
